Medium Hardness General Purpose bond and diamond concentration intended for excellent cutting speed in a variety of materials. An excellent mix between life and performance. Pre and Post tensioned core helps ensure straight cuts and minimal machine wear. This process helps stabilize a diamond blade at operating speeds. The tensioning process leaves behind a dull ring near the core of the blade, as illustrated here. Laser welding significantly increases weld strength and blade performance.
